3 - 5 years of professional experience as a home inspector, ICC code official, engineer, architect or contractor
Adequate professional insurance, including liability, workman's compensation, and automotive
Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to electronically send pictures and documents
Pass the certification exam and sign the FORTIFIED Home™ Evaluator Agreement
